Join us in creating the ANEMIC Festival, November10-14, 2010!

2010 marks the first annual ANEMIC FESTIVAL, initiated by the organization « M77 Arts, Digital creation & Training ».

The international festival of the independent creation dedicated to the short-films, animated films, documentary films, video arts, vfx & motion graphic , visual arts, digital creation, multimedia performance & installation, web art and all forms of crea(c)tion institute & urban.  The festival needs you ! We are looking for willing volunteers to help us to build  an international platform gathering and displaying all independent & contemporary creations.

What will volunteers do?


To be an active part from day one and to participate in the creation of an international festival can be a great opportunity to share your ideas, to realize them, to get involved with commitments & experiences, to evolve in an interdisplinary environement, while meeting  interesting and motivated people and may even result in a job !

What types of volunteers do we need before the festival ?

•    PR, Marketing & Media
•    Web & graphic designers – Volunteers found !
•    Web developers - Volunteers found !
•    Curators
•    Fundrisers

Create your post & your salary! M77 is looking for fundrisers. Help us to find sponsors & fundrising to finance the festival.

What kind of sponsorship and funds do we need ?

•    To pay our foundrisers & hopefully the maximum of volunteers.
•    Print flyers, posters, programmes, tickets & catalogues.
•    Media (TV, radio, web & magazine advertising)
•    Material renting & Technical support
•    Accomodation
•    Common expenses (cables, tapes, tools… etc )
•    Payment of expenses

Recycling Fair @ Prague College

Your Student Council is happy to announce an opening of a Recycling Fair!

Recycling Fair is a fun day event which brings together buyers and sellers from the Prague College Community.

Expect to find students and lecturers selling their items, including toys, games, hardware, books, dvds, cds, food and much more. Be sure to find a bargain!

· Date: Friday, 5th of March 2010
· Venue: Prague College, Room 209
· Hours: 5 pm - 8 pm (for buyers) - sellers should arrive between 4:30 -5:00 pm
· Organized by Student Council

What kinds of things you can sell at a Recycling Fair?

· Toys & games
· Small furniture
· DVDs & CDs
· Electronics & small appliances
· Kitchen ware
· Clothing
· Books & Magazines in English and other languages
· Homemade Food

If you are a seller, please, pay a registration fee in amount of 45 CZK, display your goods at the stall and sell your items at any price you want or barter. You can also just come and buy or just give things for free, what means the event is for zero korunas!

You can register and pay the fee from 11 am - 4 pm at a PC Lunchies stall from Monday-Friday or just send Inara or Venera an email to studentcouncil@praguecollege.cz

Expat Market

Expat Market is a new and fun community project organized by Expats.cz team in conjunction with Prague British School. It is a place for the international community (and Czech community) to buy and sell their unwanted items and to find a bargain.

The first market will be on October 11th at K Lesu 2 in Prague 4.

With the start of a new semester in september Film Club of Prague College will be launching again. This time with a new face!

FILM CLUB #104

Graphic design students have created a beautiful new visual identity of the project.
Exact times of film screening will be announced just before the start of a new semester.We also hope to install a proper projector into the launge area and watch the films comfortably from couches, yaay!!
The official name is Film Club # 104.

Looking forward to seeing you all there with new ideas and great movies.
