UCXXI |3rd Prague Workshop
The 3rd Prague workshop is connected to the Phase 3 and 4 of the UCXXI project and will focus on the creation of the Underground City 3D platform. The laboratory will propose an experimental and collaborative environment to help the preparation of Transart Festival, 9th to 20th September 2010, where will be presented publically the first results of the Underground City 3D platform.

Morality and Artificial Agents in Cyberspace
In this second paper relating to further developmental work concerning the Underground City XXI project we raise some important questions concerning morality of artificial agents in the cyberworld. In particular artificial agents, particularly those in cyberspace, extend the class of entities that can be involved in moral situations. In this paper it is our intention to present arguments that show that such artificial agents can be conceived of as moral agents.

UCXXI Workshop - Phase III
The main topics of the second workshop/laboratory are the Construction of 3D models and their integration into 3D multiuser environments, Collaborative experimentation into 3D interactive multiuser environments, and 2D/3D multimedia creation for mixed 3D multiuser environments shared on the Internet. This second Prague workshop will be directed by Pascal and Marie Silondi and will offer an experimental and collaborative week, multiplying audiovisual, interactive and conceptual experiences within 3D multiuser environments. The workshop is related to Phase 3 of the “Underground city XXI” project. The action is proposed by Libat and Prague College, and will start Saturday 03.04.2010 and end Saturday 10.04.2010. It will mainly take place at the Prague College Studios.
